State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund issued by Amazon but amount not credited in my account

I returned a product which i bought from Amazon and they said i will get the refund. Few days later while i checked the Amazon app it says refund is credited but it was not credited in my bank account. While i asked Amazon customer care they gave me a refund reference number (RRNONUS[protected] so i filed a compliant to sbi customer care but they closed my complaint as case closed. And i got no refund
