State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund Issued by amazon but not received and added in my bank account

I purchased a redmi noter 10 pro smartphone from amazon which didnt arrive on time . So i cancelled the order . Amazon has issued the refund successfully but it is not recieved in my bank account .It was worth 17999 rs.

the return reference number is not given to me yet.
so please SBI credit the amount in my bank account as it is very necessary for mr
