[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not credit in my rupay utsav card

Sir I booked a train ticket from my SBI festival rupay card on 25/11/2020 which was given to government servent with ₹10000 pre loaded balance as a festival advance which will expired on 31/03/2021. So no account no. was register with this only a utsav rupay card was given for transactions. But my ticket is not confirmed and IRCTC refunded the amount on 09/12/2020 with

BANK REFERENCE ID - 17203010343048403114013

But till yet the amount is not refunded back in my Festival Rupay Card.

EXPIRY DATE - 03/21

Sir please help me to get my refund back to my card.
