State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not credited to bank account | |||||
Dear, Sir / Madam, I Bipul Bhowmik is a customer of your branch having account number [protected] . On 23 Dec, 2016 i purchase one product from a company amount 8887/- by transaction no[protected] and i pay above said money to this company( NSI INFINIUM GLOBAL PVAHMEDABA) . After i cancel this order on 2nd january, 2017 . The above said company said that they refund my money in 5 to 7 working days . But it is not refunded to my account till now. Then i send a bank statement to them from money dedit date & they sent me ( ARN/RRN '74332747003700200625459 ) & told me that please call bank customer support .team .So i call sbi customer center they lunch a complane against it and told me some time if money not posted to customer account it posted to bank internal account . So i get in touch with sbi bank branch but they are not able to trace my money where is it. So i am tired what should i do? Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
