On August 18th booked ticket from redbus later the bus operator cancelled the ticket for non availability of bus and SMS me ticket will be refund in my account within 10 days but still not credited since now I have contacted redbus customer care they replied they processed the problem is from bank side as I'm in singapore I cannot contact my branch
