State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not received 1 Ago tag Surrender process completed

SBI Fastag surrender message receive me 22 July 2021 but still amount not received why this delay please tell me when I'm receive my amount because I already mentioned previous case I purchase another bank Fastag but it still closed because they say your SBI Fastag still not closed its working condition that's why My humble request to you Closed SBI Fastag first then give my refunded already 3 working days completed and also 5 working days completed but still amount not received please verify my account details and then confirm it when I am receive my amount tell me date and time also because it's too late in this case is is solve faster as soon as possible because so time dealy.🙏🙏 agmit.[protected]@sbi.co.in
