State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not received and customer care not providing adequate information

I had booked a ticket through easemytrip.com but the flight was cancelled so i was to receive full refund of 2881. Easemytrip initiated refund in two parts and i have received only one part of the refund. Refund of 1500 has not been received and easemytrip claims that it is pending due to bank.
