[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not received for redbus ticket done through amazon pay

I booked a ticket on redbus through amazon pay using bhim upi through my sbi account later i cancelled the seat i was liable to receive refund for the same but never received it. On my amazon transaction history it is showing that refund has successfully processed but my sbi account is not reflecting any thing. Customer service agent @ sbi have absolutely no idea of the process and refund and asking me to contact amazon and vice versa.
