I’ve ordered a product on Amazon.in through an SBI Debit Card on 15.10.2020. Order ID: 404/[protected], which I’ve applied for refund on 16.10.2020 and refund initiated through amazon on 16.10.2020, but, I’ve not received any refund in my account. Refund Ref. No. 871454. I have contacted the amazon helpline and their executive told me to talk to the bank as the refund has been done from their company’s end, but this problem is arising from the bank. All the screenshot regarding the order is attached with this letter. PFA.
