State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not yet received by myntra into my sbi account

The refund through myntra was initiated on 26 October 2020 with bank reference number[protected] and the bank is not giving any kind of details using bank reference number. The amount of 490 rupees has not yet reflected in my bank account.
