Greetings!!! I used my net banking to pay airtel postpaid bill online on freecharge site. On first time the amount has been debit from account but the bill was not paid and i received the message from free charge.

Ihave been charged with late fee &fin. charges of Rs.1047 in the current month bill of June 2017 though there is no fault on my part .kindly waive these charges.
