I had ordered a product KIOXIA 250GB Exceria NVME SSD (LRC10Z250GG8) on 11 -February-2022 through Cash on delivery product was delivered to me on 15-february-2022 . Later I returned the product due to quality issues . Amazon got returned ordered product and Amazon initiated the refunds of Rs. 3120 with same Refund Reference Number[protected] on 08-March-2022 and it was expected to be credited on 15-March-2022 on my Bank account by NEFT but I have not got refund till now it has been more than
12 days.
Amazon Customer Care gave me that Refund Reference ID Number[protected] but still money has not been credited in my bank account.
This is urgent, please help me as soon as possible to get back my money.
