State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund processed but not credited into my account

Ive placed an order on tatacliq on 20 03 2022.but the seller has cancelled the order and processed refund on 21 03 2022. I didn't receive my refund it's been 10days now .they gave the utr/arn no.75503722081014331516183 and asked to contact bank.i visited home branch of SBI and asked regarding this issue but they told me that they have no authority to check the status and could not help me . I want my refund
