My name is Prateek Kumar and I had ordered Milton Swiftron Stainless Steel Electric Lunch Box of Rs. 925 in Amazon on 09/02/2022 and after 15/02/2022 I returned this order due to quality issues. And on 16/02/2022 on which refund initiated.
Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy.
So, please kindly respond to this complaint asap.
I am attaching the order summary and screenshot of refund status. kindly do the required.
