State Bank Of India [SBI] — refunded money of cancelled order is not reflect in my account

Sir/madam I ordered medicine from netmed.com. The order couldn't deliver and returned later order is cancelled and refund is proceed on 15 july 2019. But money doesn't reflect in my account. When i contacted to netmed.com they share a refrence id of refund saying that your amount is refunded on 15 july 2019. The shared detail is follow: Find the below refund details for your reference.
