State Bank Of India [SBI] — Reg credit card error message f-55 database defaulter

I am deepthi nelapati.

I have applied for SBI credit card and it is showing error like F-55 DATABASE Defaulter. I don't have any default account. I paid my all dues regularly. Then why i get this message i don’t know.

So, Can you please help me how to resolve this as I need SBI credit Card Urgently.
