State Bank Of India [SBI] — reg- extra money deducted from my account | |||
Respected SBI team, I am VINOTH KUMAR B. Having account at Jawahar nagar branch, Chennai. I have withdrawn cash at Walaja SBI bank, at vellore using my SBI card through swiping machine. Hence the swipe machine had some issue (no paper inside). Swipped 3 times but took only Rs 2000 on the same day. Cashier Mr. Inbha (phone- [protected]) informed me that I had swiped 2 times. One he'll decline it on the same day he said, and gave me Rs 2000. My A/C XXXXX916625 has a Cash withdrawal of Rs 2, 000.00 on 14/08/18 . To my shock and surprise, on the same evening 5:30 pm i received additional message stating one more Rs 2000 has deducted from my account. Further I have submitted a letter on 16/08/18 to accountant Mr. Kishore (phone - [protected]) directly, promised me that he'll retrieve my money back same evening telling some login issue. But still now not been rectified yet and returned that Rs 2000/- money back telling now system issues. Today at 8 pm accountant tells, I can't get my money, hence it may be delayed further few more weeks. Kindly look into this issues asap and return back my money Rs 2000/- at earliest.
