Today I received message from VZ-TATACD which is as follows

Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time .

I hereby inform you that I have not applied for any credit card to anyone recently. Kindly note and take necessary action

Every month I received msg from CP-TATA CD regarding application rejection.
Below is the msg

Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time

Please make this sorted or otherwise I will share this in social media or file a complaint against you.
I am attaching all the msgs screen shot.
