I am Gurjinder singh from Patiala, Punjab
I want to say that your bank has deduct Rs.2896 from my a/c [protected]
on 7 Aug-2018 (image attached)

I called on CustomerCare they told about the charges of internet banking

i dont have any idea or bank also didnt told me about the same
neither taking internet banking or through sms while its exceeding limit
