State Bank Of India [SBI] — regarding mis behave and conduct of staff and misuse of their powers to manipulate my bank account and charging me huge loss of money

I have account in sbi, tobacco board branch, guntur. 1. My family has housing loan on my father name and i also have another account jointly with my father in same branch. One day i deposited for ecs of my bike loan of amount 4000 and my father got less salary he was sick and on leave. We have to pay 12000 approx every month and his account got only debited by 10000 and remaining two thousand they took from my account without my permission and when asked told by mistake. Due to it my ecs got bounced and financer sent ecs four times and took of remaining money by bank as penalties and totally i felt cheated and used my situation and ate my money. This kind of cheating if bank also do and pm modi dreams of formal economy by this cheaters no day india will develop and young generation who are buying will never believe in digital india. Hope sbi managers have some basic manners and i knew they did it wantedly
