Hi,
I am trying to change my mobile no through online banking..(IRTA And Customer center) both are not working.
1-First i tried IRTA option at first hard to create to request i have to try so many times ..then i when i get succeeded to create one and got reference no ..ATM declined the transaction.its happen 4 to 5 times.
2-Second i tried through customer center ..first problem is same..at the end when i reached at payment even your all details are correct it shows me wrong details ..
I am in other state and once i saw these option i am very happy but now still facing problem to change my number.
please help me with this.
