I am customer of sbi shobhapur. Dist betul (Mp)
I have transferred 9000 rs through cash deposit machine by following digital india concept of pm modi
But still money has not been received by receiver.
When i reached sbi branch along with written application for sort out this matter, branch manager (Mr varna) refused to accept applications. And the staff looking this matter is also unavailable at seat for solving this matter.
I have to seat over there for 2 hours time 1:30 to 3:30 just to submit application.
As i am working in a firm where wastage of time is not tolerate able. I was not allowed to work that day.
This all happened due to negligence of sbi staff including carelessness of branch manager.
It is also noticed that sbi staff instead of solving any matter they just delays by saying come tomorrow or i am busy. It is also observed that most of the time staff at sbi are busy with phones. Was this information helpful? |
