State Bank Of India [SBI] — Regarding refund from Amazon and dont get it

My name is love and i had a ordered hair dryer of rs 459 in amazon on 16 feb 22 and after retun 1 march 22 i retun this order due to personal reasons and on 1 march to 6 march Amazon initiated the amount to my account but still didn’t get the money . Amazon sent this reference no[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute from sbi bank doesn’t have such policy .so please kindly respond to this complaint it’s very urgent.
