Sir/mam,
Here at SBI NML, Jamshedpur, the Service manager and Customer assistant Clerk are having very rough and rude behaviour with the customers. They are not giving proper response also when we go to them for any purpose. They simply neglect or deny our requests without giving any reason. Please take action. They do like this with all the peoples who go there. So peoples have got irritated from their behaviour. Due to this many peoples think that SBI is not a good bank so they avoid to go there much.
