Yesterday I got a call from no [protected],[protected] on which person told me he is from sbi branch navi Mumbai and asked me about my personal call details and did fraud with me of rs 17500. After the incident I received the continuously message from the bank for the transaction of amount rs 1500, 8000, and again 8000. I have received the message like this that you have spent the sum of rs with paytm and my available credit limit goes down again and again . After the whole incident I immediately call to sbi customer care services to block my card and to report the incident happened to me and also report in paytm but they just giving me suggestion and say that they will take necessary steps against the incident happened to me . I want Strict steps must be taken against the cyber crime happened to me, Now I am completely heart broken after this incident and not able to anything what I feel this time. I hope you will necessary steps against the incident and try to resolve it as early as possible. My credit card no 5172 xxxx xxxx 5774. kindly do the needful.
