State Bank Of India [SBI] — Regarding the misbehaviour of branch manager of sbi konch branch

Actually we are trying to get information related to fd which was opened in 2005 in sbi konch branch. We have been going to bank for 3 days.. N bank staff are showing disinterest.. One is saying to go to branch manager... And there branch manager is also not replying in proper manner... According to his gestures it seems he is demanding money under table... He is avoing my questions..
If he is not ready to fulfill his duties then he should resign from his post n should sit at home wearing bangles in his hands..

Sir my credit card blocked please unblocked ac no [protected] because i dont use this and dont create a account online i dont know how is it work so please help me related to that
