I am Rahul from Naugachia, I was applied for education loan by MNSSBY BIHAR scheme 6 months ago, from State bank of india, Naugachia(SBIN0002984), Bank has rejected my application because I don't have paid Fee in my college, They are asking for fee receipt of back years[protected],[protected], But there is no any term and conditions in MNSSBY
So please help me other wise I have to leave my Education
