State Bank Of India [SBI] — remittance of money | |||
Dear sir/mam I am sanjula sharma having account in sbi pau branch, ludhiana. Presently, i am in germany on training and tried transferring an amount of 1000 euros from my host (Dr christian möllers) account which is in ingdiba branch at göttingen germany on 14th sept, 2017. It is surprising that i have not yet received any amount in my indian sbi account at pau branch ludhiana. I tried to contact ingdiba branch at göttingen germany regarding the transfer but according to them money has been transferred and they provide me the details they were having with them and told me that they can’t help anymore. Consequently, my husband (Dr. Anoop ruthwal) who is in india tried to contact sbi pau branch, ludhiana manager (Mr. Kuldeep contact no. [protected]) and has provided him all the necessary details but have not received any help from him since past 10 days. He is misleading us asking us to contact him on so and so hour of the day. Now he has stopped picking my husband phone. If he can’t help then he should at least guide us through the way for tracking the money. This response shows his irresponsible behavior and negligence towards his duties. We are highly disheartened to bear such response of the sbi personnel. This is very unfortunate, that a leading branch like sbi is treating its customers like this. Please let us know at the earliest what we can do to track the amount or give us some reliable person contact from sbi branch. Thanks and regards Was this information helpful? | |||
