Sir/M'am I want to surrender my SBI Credit Card bearing no. [protected] which I made against FD with SBI Bank. I have visited the respective branch (Jwala Heri Branch, Paschim Vihar) to lodge the complaint for the same but no action was taken from their end. From the last few months, I have been complaing it to your customer care executive but my problem still persist. Now I have received an sms stating dat so and so amount is due on your card.
