My self Jatin Barot residing at ( At & Po.:- Maroli Gam, Barot Street, Tal:- Jalalpore, Dist:- Navsari, Gujrat - 396436) having Saving Account in Maroli Bazar Branch. Account No.:- [protected], IFSC Code:- SBIN0010998.
Sir, I have purchase a Car in Dec.;- 2014 having Installments Started From Jan.:- 2015 From My Saving Account. In the Month of March 2015 Cheque No.:- 788753 is returned. The Entry of the Same in my Passbook shows That Amount Rs. 13150/- is been Debited From my account BUT the same is not been Credited in Lander's Account i.e ( Sundaram Finance).
I have visited manier times at my home Branch (Mr. Ravishankar Pancholi - BM), Also Submitted the Application Containing this Request, But sir as result I have not received any Proper Response. I am writing this Complaint to You after complaining on Helpline 02 Times. Complaint No.:- CN[protected]/06/2015) attended By Miss Kokila and Another one is on Dated 02.12.2015 attended by Mr.Ajitsinh.My Complaint resolved on the 11/06/2015 saying that MY Cheque Instrument is sent to my Branch.
But, Sir My Complaint is that I haven't receive any Money in My Account yet.Sir, Kindly take some necessary Steps, So that I can do some thing with that money, I am a very Common Man.Take some necessary Action and resolve this Issue at your Earliest Sir.
