On 23/10/2018 i got recharge of mobile no.[protected] twice for. Rs.99/- each by debit to my savings bank account through net banking video tiduh[protected]and tide uh56576095, but talktime top up for rs.99/- has only been afforded by bsnl. Please verify and reverse entry of rs.99/- for credit to my account at the earliest.
Please treat it urgent.
