State Bank Of India [SBI] — reversal request | |||
Hello team, I am using the sbi card for a long time and this is the first time i am facing the pathetic customer service from you guys. I asked for the escalation or to transfer the call to the supervisor and the sbi agents disconnects my calls twice and i have that one in recorded. I have tried twice or thrice to contact the customer service before and they said the amount will be reverse by your next cycle but again fake commitments and poor service. Issue - i was not well in the month of september and october (Health issues) and just want you to please go ahead and reverse all the finance or the extra charges you have applied on my card. I do not want to go for further escalations or discontinue the sbi services (Family and friends) and i hope you will call me back or reverse the charges with confirmation.
