State Bank Of India [SBI] — Rewards points issue | |
Hello, this complaint is for state bank of india rewardz points which we receive for transactions. I used to get good rewards points earlier, but from past year how much ever transaction i made, the points are same and much lesser than before. I made complaint to customer service [protected]@statebankrewardz.com, with complaint number #346686 on june 28th, 2020 and its not yet sorted out. When ever i send reminder, they reply its sent to concerned department and still no solution provided. Was this information helpful? | |
