State Bank Of India [SBI] — Rs 115 deducted for duplicate statement without any request

Rs 115 deducted from my account for name of duplicate statement without any request on 30-Jan-2015.
I raised complain CR[protected] on SBI site but closed without resolved.
My account is in brach 4326, Vasundara Gaziabad 201012.

It is very serious issue how Rs 115 deducted from my account without my request. Who will accountable for this issue.
Help me.
