State Bank Of India [SBI] — Saving ac transfer from Pune Bandgarden to Kalyan Katemanivli

My self Santosh Shinde, Savin AC no[protected], Bund Garden Pune Branch have applied for AC transfer to Kalyan Katemanivali Branch on 7th Jan. Form was been filled in the branch and was told will take up to 15 working days. Enquired on 14th reply was fax has been send and waiting for correspondence. Visited Bund garden branch on 24 th, they said, till now fax not received. They called up Katemanivali branch and forwarded necessary documents. Still AC transfer as on date not done.
