State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi bank manager gives worst treatment and not a decency to handle the issue. | |||
I am having a bank account in sbi bank in adb phaltan (Pin 415523) branch but i am staying in my native place at dahiwadi. As per my knowledge i have to get my passbook or account balance details in any branch. For the same i went to dahiwadi branch where i asked regarding the same on counter but got very poor reply. He asked me to ask next counter. I asked almost on all counters as every asked me to go to next counter. As now i understand no one want to give proper help i directly went to manager's cabin and asked the same. But it's a damn big surprise for me that she is also tolerating and giving quite airborn answers. Also she asked me to start net banking and check it directly. So i asked for net banking form then. Again foolish answer that you can register from mobile no. Also. So i explain her that for the same thing i went branch 3 times to provide mobile no. So as to get sms and update regarding account but still waiting for the same. The behaviour and answering style of that lady manager is non tolerable as this is the worst experience i got. Please keep track on customer satisfaction also so as to improve our quality. I hope i will get proper help and support. Was this information helpful? | |||
