State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi buddy wallet cashback not received | |||||
I have to inform that as per sbi buddy wallet offer who load rs 200/- or more through Rupay debit card then they get rs 25/- cashback once in a month.(offer end on 31/12/16) I load Rs 200/- in my buddy wallet no [protected] through Rupay debit card on 02/12/16. But still now rs 25/- cashback not received. Tranaction no. HU[protected] dated 02/12/16. I also maintain all T&C. I called SBI customer care and mailed many times but no reply from them.Please take necessary steps. Was this information helpful? | |||||
