State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi cards | |||
I had a credit card no - [protected]. Dur to some issues on card and i was mailed for that issues but they were didnt resolve my problem. I dissapoint their services. And i am not going to payment of sbi card And after that 3-4 months. They were send me msg of legal notice. If you were not helpng me in my queries and issues and you are sending me legal notice. If i want i can file return case on sbi cards But i dont want to do this. But i was done payment including all the charges late fees or intreset fees includes all of the charges. Sbi card does not do any cooperate to me. Even charges issue or any other. And when i done payment all amount. Then the pickup boy ask his senior that in how many days his card will be unblock. Then his boss pankaj said that it takes 15-20 days. And after 10 days when i call at customer care they are saying that we dont have any request for unblock your card. Means at this time sbi cards again not gives service and lies always. Okk, finaly customer care take the requset for unblock the card. And today[protected] when i called customer care then they are saying due to internal process we cant activate your card kindly do starting process to take the card. Means sbi cards gaves mentally harrassement. And does not giving service. Very poor. I want resolve or i am going to case against sbi cards. My contact no - [protected] Name - vishal kr pandey Or if they were not resolving this i will talk in court. I take all the stresses and tension and mentaly.
