State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi cards payment before due date | |||

To: The Honorable GOVERNER Reserve Bank Of India New Delhi Sir, I the undersigned SAIDAPPA BHAJANTRI of HUBBALLI city Karnataka state wish to put some following information for seeking justice and relief from SBI CARDS for Customers. I have tried to pay monthly minimum due before due date of my credit card payment for the month March 2018 but I failed to pay before due date due to rejection of payment through SBI card application .And also tried to pay through SBI ATM there also I faced the same problem. Finally I tried to pay through bank where it is chargeable payaing on counter even being SBI card on SBI counter. And I could not pay through cheque due shortage of time which is required minimum 5 days in advance before due date. Over all I failed to pay before due date .And I have already fined Rs 750 + GST 135 for my non payment of due. I am using Credit card since from 15 years. due to belief in timely payment which is being done from many months through SBI card application but this month I failed to pay in time even though amount is available in my account. So is it my fault or fault of SBI application. SBI CARD department is using 3rd party application for payment for their SBI application leaving all responsibility of loss to Customers .Why they are using 3rd party application (helpdesk)for SBI card transactions even though SBI bank is there. I request your kindself to look in to the matter and allow us to pay card dues through SBI ATMs or SBI Bank counters without charge. I hope my request has genuine ness and will be considered which is helpful for card holders who are paying huge amount of interest of 40% for year apart from hefry other charges in the in the name of speedy services of SBI cards for transactions to Customers.
