State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi collect transaction failed but amount debited

I tried to pay my son's college (iit-bhu, uttar pradesh) fees through sbi online collect using my indian bank netbanking services. the money was debited from my account but the payment failed. transaction details are as follows:
Sbi reference number: du59730669
Amount debited: inr 50967.25
For billdesk - hinb[protected]/sbcollect/
Thru netbanking refernce number:[protected]
31/12/2016 10:39- indian bank
Indina bank account number: [protected]
Account holder name: neeraj kumar chauhan
The portal showed the payment as a failure and no receipt was generated, but my account was debited for the aforementioned amount. even in the payment history with the mobile number ([protected]) did not show any payment receipt. without the receipt my son can't register for his college.
Since then, i have already contacted the indian bank authorities and they said that the transaction was completed successfully and the money was transferred. i am attaching a snapshot of their latest reply.
I had to pay my son's fees again through a different method. but the money is still not refunded.
Please reply and refund the amount as soon as possible. it is not a small amount.
