State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI COLLECT Transaction Failure But Amt deducted

I am attaching a screenshot of mini statement of last five transaction of my a/c.

If your problem is not solved then send a legal notice to wake them up.

It may be returned by the morning. It has happened to me and I need not to complaint about it.

Sir, myself Dibyalochana sahoo.i paid 3 payment amount of 3311, 15011, 29411 using sbi collect, then after some step, using atm cum debit card an otp come to my mobile no [protected] and after typing this (last page) my transaction is failed but money is deducted from my acount and a sms come to my mobile that Thank u for using your sbi debit card 606***7009 for a purchase of worth Rs15011 on pos[protected] at mops-sbc-our-card-dr txn#[protected] in[protected] between 11.00 am to12.00pm. PLEASE REFUND my money and add this to my acount number as soon as possible.my sbi acount no is [protected]

Hello Sir, my name Nazmul alam, I paid an amount 1711.8 using sbi collect to submmit my son's school fees. at last page after i entered otp, it shows transaction failure but i received a sms which is like Thank you for using your sbi dabit card 559XX9885 for a purchase worth rs 1711.8 on pos [protected] at MOPS-SBC-OUR-CARD-DR txn#[protected] The transaction is on 4th september 2017 at 11.17 a.m. Now i don't know what to do as i have to submit my son's monthly fees.Please credit my money in my account.
