I'm using SBI credit card for past 4 years, now i have repaid my resturctured loan through auto debit method every month 27th.it's started from oct 2020, till now it got auto debited from my account and credited to my card account. but in the month of april 2021, they were auto debited from my account as on 27.04.2021 but after 2 days later they called and informed me as amount amounced, you need to pay the amount like that.
when i checked in your sbi card app, it shows amount got received on 27/04/2021.again you have reversed the amount on 27/04/2021, which indicates you received the amount and your system failed to accept.so it clearly show it's your side fault.till now amount not credited to my bank account so where does the amount goes?
today i checked the SBI card app, it shows some late fee added in the transaction Rs.500 and GST Rs.90. what is this?
this is not acceptable and it's your side problem don't put in customer head, don't make me fool.
please revert the late fee and gst charges otherwise will raise complaint to RBI ombudsman and consumer court.
I have all the bank statements (Debit details from SBI)

I m facing this second time. what the hell you are doing?
I want to resolve this issue at earliest.
They are continuously calling me and asking to pay again for the amount.I want to know what they are expected from customer.
