State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI Credit Card - Cheating and robbing my credit limit

Hi,
I had applied for BPCL Octane Card during March 2021. They said my card is approved and they took Rs.40000 form my existing BPCL Card ending with 6472 (Credit limit is Rs.150000) to add to the new card. They did NOT give me the new card for some reasons (best known to them) and they have not restored the Rs.40000 taken from my existing Credit card also.

I have written 10 emails from March last week to April end asking them to restore the original credit limit of my existing card (BPCL Card ending [protected]). They are saying they are working on it. But they have not reverted to any of my emails yet. They are pushing the target date for resolution by 5 days for each email I am sending them but they never came back with the status on that day too.
Even I called them at least 5 times but they still say they are looking into it. It seems like they are cheating.

Please help to resolve this issue for me.
