State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi credit card fraud transaction

I got a message on my registered mobile no. With sbi credit card (Card no-[protected]) on dated 29th sep-17, that rs-88, 560/- is transferred to "the mobile wallet jaipur", which is totally wrong transaction, because i did not do this. I also raised the complained to sbi credit card department immediately. The complained no. Is[protected]. But i do not get resolution yet.
So this is humble request to you please intervene and resolve this as soon as possible. I am very tensed about this. This is very huge amount for me. So please help me.

Updated by Om26 after 2 months, this is still not resolved. Bank are not going to share any transaction details. and they are forcing to pay this amount, which was not transit by me. how it can possible. please help to resolve this as earlier.
