State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi credit card - noc letter not received even after month of closure account

Dear consumer complaints team,

Please help me..

On dated 4th march'19:
Sbi cc team has confirm me on email (Interaction id: 1-[protected]) that my sbi card account has closed and as on date there no dues payable to sbi.
Noc related: sbi team inform me noc letter will be send my mailing address next 10 days. (Ref no:[protected].

On dated 20th march'19:
After 10+ days i had follow up twice (Ref no:[protected], when i called sbi customer care for regarding noc, every time they are promise me that noc letter will be reached to my mailing address next 10 days.

Till now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.

Kindly Intervene..

Please guide me about further plan of action.

Still SBI team is not support me to get NOC letter...& They again asked me to call CC and result is same as will update you shortly...
