State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi credit card visa signature card no [protected]

I received text message from sbi credit card a legnotice has sent to you about my sbi bank visa signature credit card dues. I failed to pay the due amount for past 3or 4 months and i admit my mistake but from past 24months onwards i just paid minimum amount that is rs 3563 now it is showing rs 50000 which is actual but i paid more than 70k which is as minimum amount they directly sent a legal message which completely gives such legal action statements that is actually a mental and physical threat for me. I can even sense a feeling of getting killed by these kind of legal notice. I am not ready to pay of all given amount due to i was very sick in finacial problem and not even to pay my rents and all i can go for settlement whwen i called for the customer care agents they received well and they are good when we asked for settlement they said ok and they will giv the reference number for the same but when it comes to recovery team they are talking very rude and voilators and villains and gundas and rowdys they will speak such a stupid manner bank has put illegal penalty charges which completely against rbi guidelines. I would like to request ill get best settlement so that i can pay the least amount which would quote to me
