Dear sir

I subhankar dash, was using sbi credit card from last 2- 3 years, before 6 month there was one unauthorised transaction done in my credit card with out otp, when i complain to sbi then they reversed the transactions. After that i ask them to close the card and followup 2- 3 times then they ask me to trnasfer a final amount of 3 rupees so they will issue me a closure letter. Then i did the same. After that i it was told me that your card already being closed. Now i started getting bill agian in last 2 months sayign you have a debit of 1088. Please do the needful action on this as they dnt allow me to fidn the reason.

I even paid the rs 3 last due amount as being confirmed by their office . after that they suppose issue me a closure letter which they didn't . I called many times they said card already being closed. afte that I got the statement where the amount due showing . no detaisl of the transactions. and after block of my account in may how theat amount get generated.

I have brought two items from amazon.in and I get 2 amount (527 and 520 rupees) from Amazon.in.Amazon already has refunded my money but amount not reflected in my bank account still today. I have received reference number against that transaction in my mail but bank not reflected that amount in my account.

I want to open new SBI acc. In Maharajganj beach in Siwan Bihar but then demanding 1000 as life insurance and saying this is compulsory please help sir and clear that is it compulsory
