Dear Sirs, Due to pandemic, I have lost my job in March. Since then it's been a hard struggle to meet my ends. I have asked my PL from another bank to give some time and they have realigned my account and given time to start payment from next year. I have asked the same to SBI or any EMI options if possible. Instead of giving a clear suggestion or further guidance, the customer care/collection agents started calling my relatives and my father ( some of them are heart patients, including my father who is recovering from a major bypass). Dear sirs,

After the above complaint, they were silent for 15-20 days, but now started again harrassing my relatives and their tenants on my wife's and father's name. Do they have any right to disturb others privacy. I am not in a position to pay, as currently still I am jobless and need some time to get on my feet. Kindly look into this.
