After paying the electricity bill using classic debit card, i am charged rs 3.93 on the 40 rs payment. This was not a fuel station pos. Why the deduction of rs 3.93 on debit card payment without any intimation while doing transaction? Do you have a rule book? I have never experienced such deductions before. Recharge complent My balance debit in my account

Sbi is deducting some account daily for having minimum balance in my account without informing me form any source. Really disappointed with this service. I want refund. ASAP. Rs.18 is daily deducting for last 3 days from my saving bank account. Matter is they should at least inform customers.
