Hi Sir / Madam,
I am literally not satisficed with SBI services.
every month end, I have seen none of SBI E- channels are not working.
1. I checked YONO APP, whole day due to technical issue, unable to login to my account
2.I check sbI one, internet banking, due to server issue, not even able to login.
3. Finally called from registered mobile number to customer care and provided all the details for security questions for verification. At end they are saying they are also not able to fetch my account balance and advised to ATM.
4. I went to ATM, ATM machine is not working due to network issue.
This situation happens at every month end. I need a permanet solution for it. Was this information helpful? |
